The Chief of Defence Forces Gen David Muhoozi has said that no one has the right to beat a Ugandan.
The CDF said this while meeting food vendors who were beaten by some security officers last week in the wake of the measures announced by the president to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
Gen David Muhoozi apologised to the ladies and extended a helping hand. They will access senior officers’ diagnostic centre for any medical requirements free of charge. Meanwhile, those who misbehaved have been arrested and the commanders replaced.
