Delegates that attended the Red Cross National Council Meeting held at the Uganda Red Cross Headquarters.

The keynote speaker Fred Yiga, while addressing delegates under the theme “from leadership to legacy” encouraged delegates to demonstrate resilience through challenges, commitment to service delivery beyond positions and leadership grounded on purpose and the importance of building systems that outlive individuals.

” Legacy beyond term limits is powerful in humanitarian work. Leadership is temporary but impact is permanent, institutions must therefore be strengthened and not personalized. True service continues even after titles end” Said Fred Yiga.
