The Two Types of Rwandans in Uganda Working for Kagame

By Prossy Boonabana

There are two different types of Rwandans in Uganda that work for president Paul Kagame:

The first group is comprised of those who are trained, deployed, and paid or funded, depending on what they do and know exactly what they are doing (spies).

And the second type is made up of those that work for Kagame unknowingly and without being paid.

The first group will befriend the latter, benefit from their clout and influence if they have any, and collect information from them, without the former knowing, which information is sent back to their funder and used accordingly.

However, what’s so perplexing is that all those used by Paul Kagame are Rwandans of Uganda and used against their fellow Rwandans and not against any other Ugandans.

The burden, therefore, falls upon the government of Uganda to protect the Rwandan community in Uganda from the terror hands of fellow Rwandans from Rwanda.

What personally annoys me is that most Ugandans of Rwandese origin use Uganda as their country for convenience, while secretly paying allegiance and serving the political interests of their country of origin (Rwanda).

So Mr. Frank M. Gashumba, you may not actually know that you’re working for Paul Kagame, while you are already working for him inadvertently by associating with those that purposely work for him.
