The National water and sewerage corporation has partnered with boda boda riders to boost service delivery.

Speaking at a football game between NWSC Bushenyi team and Bushenyi town boda boda riders, NWSC MD Dr. Eng Silver Mugisha appreciated the riders for supporting the corporation.

“The boda boda riders bring us customers who come to pay bills, get new connections and they also report leakages, bursts and sewage overflows. It is wise that we work with them as our service delivery ambassadors.” he said in a statement issued by NWSC.

We want to roll out this partnership in all NWSC areas of operation. The riders will help us identify any faults in our network.” he said

The initiative is part of the #WeCare #Tufaayo campaign that the corporation launched today with an aim of improving customer service.
