President Yoweri Museveni has sworn in three more ministers.

The three are among a lot of ministers who missed out on the first swearing-in that was held on June 21, 2021, on account of being exposed to COVID-19 or being unwell.

Those who swore in on Wednesday included Muruli Mukasa, who swore in as Minister of Public Service while Sam Cheptoris and Fred Bwino Kyakulaga swore in state ministers for water and agriculture respectively.

Museveni congratulated the ministers and urged them to embark on the journey that will ensure prosperity and welfare of Ugandans.

‘I congratulate the Ministers: Hon. Muruli Mukasa (Public Service), Hon. Sam Cheptoris (Water and Environment,) and Hon. Kyakulaga Fred Bwino Minister (State for Agriculture) upon taking the oath of office,’ Museveni said. He tasked them to deliver results through service to ‘our people.
