MISS UGANDA 2024: Natasha Nyonyozi Takes the Crown

In a dazzling display of beauty, brains, and passion, Natasha Nyonyozi was crowned Miss Uganda 2024-25 at a glamorous event held at the Sheraton Hotel Kampala last night.

The competition, which aimed to empower women and girls, saw Suraya Umeimah and Jaon Nabatanzi take the first and second runner-up positions, respectively.

The event, which was attended by a packed audience, featured a showcase of talent, confidence, and bravery from the contestants.

The beauty queens, with their unique blend of passion and intelligence, left the crowd in awe.

A highlight of the evening was a special appearance by Miss Tanzania, Halima Kopwetz, Miss World Africa who slayed the stage with their presence, performances from renowned artists such as Jackie Chandiru, Ykee Benda, Maddox Ssematiba, to mention, who gave such an exclusive performance to the audience.

The event’s focus on women and girl child empowerment resonated throughout the night, with Miss Uganda embracing its journey to provide a platform for girls to stand confidently and bravely on the national stage.

The competition of Miss Uganda 2024-2025 has established itself as a premier event in Uganda’s beauty pageant calendar.
