Military Police Launches Tarehe Sita Activities in Kampala

The Military Police has launched army week activities within Kampala and surrounding areas as part of the preparations for Tarehe Sita.

The soldiers led by Commandant Military Police Col William Bainomugisha alongside other civil authorities and the population, private and government institutions joined hands to carry out civil military activities like clearing trenches and water channels of 04 Zones in Rubaga Division, other areas cleaned included; Usafi market, Nsambya Hospital and Bugolobi market.

The soldiers were joined among others; KCCA, Nabugabo Up deal venture, Victorious Power Development link and Task force

After the activities, the Commandant talked to the civilians about the essence of Tarehe Sita and the army presence with in there localities.
