The police in Kampala have arrested the man believed to have been involved in the killing of a boda boda rider before stealing his motorcycle.
According to Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesman Patrick Onyango, the suspect was arrested in Ndeeba, a Kampala suburb after a tip-off.
The suspect told police that he is indeed the one in the CCTV footage that circulated widely, adding that his colleague with whom they killed the Boda Boda rider was killed by a mob after another motorcycle robbery. Details in the police statement below;
