The Police in Kisoro has arrested two people who were on Wednesday evening caught on video in an act of public nuisance.
The incident, according to the Police spokesperson for Kigezi region, Elly Maate, happened on Kisoro Road within Kisoro Municipality.
Maate said the woman, identified as 24-yr-old Calodine Muhawemimana Mukamulenzi a Rwandan national, was arrested on Wednesday.
He said the Police immediately embarked on a hunt for the male bicycle rider.
He was also arrested and identified as Paskari Hafashimana, 29, a resident of Migeshi village, Rwaramba parish, Nyakinama sub-county in Kisoro district.
Maate said they will both be charged with being a public nuisance as a deterrent to others from doing the same.
