The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has confirmed the death of Mathew Bukenya, the former Executive Secretary.
Jennifer Kalule, UNEB’s spokesperson, issued an official statement, revealing Bukenya’s positive impact on the organization.
“We are saddened by the passing of Mathew Bukenya. His guidance and mentorship meant the world to most of us at UNEB. We will always cherish the lessons he imparted and the support he provided,” she said.
Bukenya served as the Executive Secretary from April 1995 to April 2016.He died at the age of 89.
