The former Resident District Commissioner of Kikuube Amlan Tumusiime has decisively come out to rally support for the NRM party flag bearer and the the person he contested with during NRM party primaries Pius Wakabi after a heated contest.

According to the public statement released by Tumusiime during his 50th birthday celebration.
Tumusiime recently rubished all claims of witchcraft in his prostate cancer stage 4 level diagnosis and attack on his life during the time he spent in Nakasero Hospital under intense treatment and medical care.

He called on all his supporters in the National Resistance Movement party primaries to support Pius Wakabi and give him all the support he deserves for the good of the party and also passed a heartfelt gratitude message to president Museveni and his Ministers for their financial support for all the time he spent in Nakasero Hospital.

“I take this opportunity to thank President Museveni for paying my hospital bills to the tune of 50M and to always make phone calls to check on my progress and also other people like Speaker of Parliament Anita Among, Minister of Presidency Milly Babalanda, Mr. Odrek Rwabogo, Minister of state for Lands Sam Mayanja, Minister of Works and Transport, Gen. Katumba Wamala, Hon.Fred Byamukama the State Minister for Transport and Hon. Balam Barugahare the Minister of state for Youth.
