After over 16 years apart, pursuing solo careers, Lilian Mbabazi, Cindy Sanyu, and Jackie Chandiru reunited to deliver a performance that could easily contend for concert of the year.
The event, organized by Talent Africa Group, had been months in the making. The Sheraton Gardens were packed to the brim, drawing a multitude of A-listers from the music industry, including Sheebah Karungi of Karma Music, who had a fierce music battle with Cindy last year at Kololo Independence Grounds.
Sheebah Karungi made a surprise appearance at the Blu 3 concert, adding to the evening’s excitement. The show was also graced by HRH the King of Tooro, Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru IV.
As the night progressed, the ladies turned up the tempo with some of the biggest hits from the mid-2000s, such as “Frisky,” “Sanyu Lyange,” and “Nkoye,” which got the revellers up on their feet
