In a dazzling display of beauty, intellect, and poise, the Miss Tourism Northern Uganda pageant has crowned its winners in Gulu at Lira Hotel under the theme “I am My Culture”. Aber Vanessa Carmichael as the The overall winner, Angwec Rita the First runner up and Akere M Gabriella ,who will now represent the region at the prestigious Miss Tourism Uganda finals. The event not only showcased the elegance and charm of the girls from Northern Uganda but also highlighted the importance of providing a platform for young women to share their diverse perspectives and ideas.

The Miss Tourism Northern Uganda pageant is more than just a beauty contest; it’s a celebration of the girl child’s potential and a testament to the region’s commitment to developing and empowering young women. By providing a platform for these talented individuals to showcase their skills and talents, the pageant promotes self-expression, confidence, and leadership among young women.

The contestants’ ability to articulate their thoughts and ideas on various topics, from social issues to cultural heritage, was truly impressive.
