Political Intolerance: NRM Supporter Nailed by Suspected Bobi Wine Supporters

The police are investigating a case in which a National Resistance Movement supporter was attacked on Wednesday night in Kalerwe and nailed for wearing a yellow beret branded with a photo of President Yoweri Museveni.

Two six-inch nails were driven through his palms together with the yellow beret by what some observers believe is the work of Bobi Wine’s People Power supporters.

The police have issued a statement condemning the act, saying the matter will be investigated and the culprits will face the law.
