The Chief of General Staff of the Central African Armed Forces (FACA), Maj. Gen. Zépherin Mamadou, met with Uganda’s Chief of Defence Forces, Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, at the Special Forces Command headquarters in Entebbe.

During the meeting, Major General Mamadou highlighted the crucial role of UPDF support under the ongoing military cooperation agreement. He stated that the training provided across specialized, junior, and senior leadership levels has enabled FACA to fill command gaps and rebuild its military capacity. This progress, he noted, contributed to organizing the country’s recent elections in a smooth security environment.
