Miss Uganda 2025/26 Crowned: A Night to Remember!

The just concluded Miss Uganda 2025/26 pageant that took place at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel was lit and a night to remember! Elle Trivia Muhoza, a 22-year-old aviation graduate and a born of Bukomansimbi, was crowned the new Miss Uganda, taking over the crown from  Natasha Nyonyozi(Miss Uganda 2024/25), who made history by winning the Beauty With a Purpose Overall Winner for Africa title at Miss World 2025.

Miss Uganda 2025/26,Elle Trivia Muhoza, who will represent Uganda at the upcoming Miss World pageant also advocates for empowering single mothers and survivors of domestic violence. On a lighter note, Elle enjoys fashion, swimming, listening to Podcasts, and reading Novels. She also takes her mother as her role model. Other winners of the night were:

  • 1st Runner-Up, Faith Kirabo, who was also crowned as Miss Beach Beauty.
  • 2nd Runner-Up, Agatha Drakes Keine, who won the Multimedia Queen and Miss Photogenic awards.

Apart from the above, the night also saw different ladies winning admiration and spots for their beauty, poise, charisma and efforts and these were crowned with Special Awards:

  • Miss Talent who was Rebecca Akampulira
  • Miss Personality Bathsheba Gift Namugga
  • Miss Popularity as Aminah Nalubega
  • Top Model – Patricia Nairuba
  • Miss Sports & Congeniality – Gillians Akot
  • President Class of 2025/26 as Elizabeth Jemimah Nelima

The event was a grand celebration of beauty, intelligence, and ambition, featuring electrifying performances by Aziz Azion, Tracy Melon, and Grace Nakimera. The contestants showcased their talents, fashion sense, and charisma, making the competition fierce. The event was broadcast live on StarTimes Uganda Makula Kika channels, bringing the excitement to audiences across the country and beyond.

As the new Miss Uganda, Muhoza pledged to use her platform to champion the empowerment of single mothers, particularly those affected by domestic violence. Her advocacy focus highlights her commitment to social transformation alongside her aviation ambitions. Muhoza’s crown came with a UGX 5million cash prize from the  sponsors V&A Sherry and and she also drove away in a brand-new Toyota Wish.

With her intelligence, charisma, and passion for advocacy, Muhoza is set to make a positive impact during her reign. Her journey to the crown was shaped by resilience, and she has overcome challenges that fueled her determination to succeed. As she embarks on this new chapter, Uganda’s beauty crown shines with purpose.
