Centenary Bank one of the biggest commercial banks in Uganda has announced the Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV) Conference, that is scheduled to take place between March 10–13, 2025, at Speke Resort Munyonyo. The event will bring together leaders committed to a banking model that creates real value for customers, communities, businesses, and the environment, not just shareholders.
At Centenary Bank, “we believe banking should be impactful, inclusive, and sustainable. That’s why we have invested in digital solutions like agent and mobile banking to provide speed and convenience while ensuring financial services reach those who need them most”, said Joseph Balikuddembe the Centenary Executive Director.
Joseph further said, “Through partnerships, we are making a difference, whether it is the Rotary Cancer Run, tree planting, or community waste management initiatives. I am looking forward to the conversations at GABV 2025 and the steps we will take toward a more responsible, people-centered banking system”.
