According to Sasha Vybz, no artist in the history of Uganda has devoted as much time and money to their craft as Bebe Cool.
Vybz refers to Bebe Cool as an “investor” because of his ambitious nature and relentless pursuit of excellence.
He recalled an instance where Bebe Cool showcased this level of commitment by proposing they travel to the United States to film a music video.
Bebe Cool asked Vybz to spend a month in the U.S., scouting locations and planning the shoot.
During that time, Bebe Cool sent him three songs to brainstorm on, providing all the necessary resources and covering every expense.
This collaboration resulted in the production of the hit song “Wire Wire,” a project that demanded substantial effort and creativity.
Sasha Vybz mentions that their work was also driven by the goal of helping Bebe Cool regain favor with fans, especially after the political tensions with Bobi Wine.
