Uganda has been elected as the Vice President for Eastern Africa at the 17th African Prosecutors Association (APA) meeting held in Marrakech, Morocco.
The election marks a significant achievement for Uganda’s legal community on the continental stage.
The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Lady Judge Jane Frances Abodo, led the Ugandan delegation at the high-profile event, accompanied by Mr. Lugada Abbey, Senior State Attorney (SSA), and Mr. Namuya Emmanuel, Resident State Prosecutor (RSSP).
