Gravity Omutujju Asserts Independence from Bobi Wine’s Endorsement in Music Industry Success
Renowned local musician Gravity Omutujju asserted that he doesn’t require Bobi Wine’s endorsement to thrive in the music industry.
Speaking during a TikTok live session over the weekend, Gravity addressed the notion that being associated with Bobi Wine is instrumental for success in the industry. “I’ve heard people claim that aligning with Bobi Wine propels one to stardom and that he’s the reason for my success.
However, let him focus on uplifting his brothers in the music industry first,” stated Gravity.
He pointed out that Bobi Wine has siblings in the music scene, such as Banjo Man, Eddie Yawe, Mikie Wine, and Dax Vibes, who could benefit from his support. “There are musicians within Bobi Wine’s circle who are struggling to make it big.
Let him extend his support to them before considering me, as I’m doing just fine on my own,” Gravity emphasized.
Despite his stance, Gravity clarified that he harbors no ill feelings towards Bobi Wine. “I don’t have any issues with Bobi Wine, but it’s crucial to recognize that I’ve been thriving in this industry even before Bobi Wine ventured into politics,” he remarked. “I’ve been actively singing for 13 years, whereas Bobi Wine’s political journey hasn’t spanned that long.
We’ve been sustaining ourselves without his involvement. I’ve been here all along,” Gravity concluded.
