“As you embark on your careers, it’s crucial to recognize that learning is a lifelong journey. The world is constantly evolving, so you must continuously update your knowledge and skills. Maintain discipline in all your endeavors and never cease to learn,” Alupo stated during the 14th graduation ceremony of St. Lawrence University held on Thursday.
She encouraged the graduates to emulate individuals who have made significant contributions to the country’s development across various sectors.
“Seize opportunities for learning as you enter the workforce, and remember to cultivate a strong professional network. It will serve as a guiding force throughout your career,” she advised.
Furthermore, the Vice President advised the graduates not to be deterred by challenges they may encounter in their professions, but rather view them as opportunities for personal growth and advancement.

“Your degree alone is not sufficient, but when coupled with good character and skills, it will elevate you to greater heights,” Tulina emphasized, also urging them to express gratitude and respect towards those who have supported their journey to success.
