The Executive Director Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Jennifer Musisi has resigned her position after serving for over seven years.

In her resignation letter dated October 15, addressed to the President through the Minister for Kampala, Musisi says her resignation takes effect on December 15, this year.

“Your Excellency, over the last seven and half years, we have made progress towards transforming Kampala,” reads the letter.

She went ahead to post on Twitter: “an arduous and yet very exciting journey”.
