When one thinks of the fastest man alive, people’s minds automatically runs to Usain Bolt who dominated the short distance race for several years before being previously dethroned.
Well in layman’s version,Eluid Kipchoge is basically usain bolt of long distance running, and unlike the later, the older he gets, the better he seems to be getting at his trade with the passing years.
Ever since he made his first appearance on the scene in 2003 as a 5000m field athlete before later transforming to a marathon runner, his worst position since he started out his career has been the third place.
Since then, Kipchoge has made a blazing trail, and brick by brick cemented his name in history, as the greatest marathon runner ever, with several accolades to his name, coming back every other time and tilting the debate in his favor.
Coming back every other time disapproving his critics and leaving many wondering how consistent this athlete can be, with some commentators even calling him ”’SUPERHUMAN.”Clearly he is the man to watch. “Cometh a marathon, cometh Kipchoge.”
