20 ADF Terrorists Killed, Four Guns Recovered
On that fateful Saturday morning, the UPDF & FARDC Joint Forces launched a well-coordinated attack on a notorious ADF camp located at the South West of River Lusulubi.
The soldiers had received actionable intelligence that the camp was being used by the terrorists to plan and execute attacks against innocent civilians.
As the gun battle raged on, the Joint Forces showed great courage in the face of danger and managed to neutralize 20 ADF terrorists. The remaining terrorists were forced to flee into the thick forests, leaving behind valuable items that would help in the ongoing fight against terrorism.
After the smoke had cleared, the Joint Forces went through the enemy’s belongings and found 4 AK 47s, 313 rounds of AK 47 ammunition, 5 magazines, 11 Quran books, 7 solar panels, 2 combat uniforms of UPDF, 7 combat uniforms of FARDC, 5 charge pots of walkie talkies, 5 radios, 5 batteries, 2 Phones and 3 Back Packs.
