Police Hunting For Three Teachers For Recording Nursery Children In Forced Sexual Acts

Police in Kampala are looking for three teachers from Vision Academy and Nursery School in Mpigi district for recording a viral video clip of children performing oral sexual acts in school.

The teachers went into hiding moments before police identified and stormed the school premises to arrest the trio.

The suspects have only been identified as one Juliet who recorded the clip, Teddy and madam Kuku.

Police also briefly arrested the school’s head teacher identified as Mulangira  to record statements on activities happening under his watch.

Last week, a video made rounds on social media of two children, male and female aged between 3-6 years being pressured by a teacher to repeat sexual acts they were found doing earlier .

In the recording, the one holding a long stick is heard threatening the minors who kneel in-front of her, the young girl panics and admits to sexual acts, revealing her other colleagues. The teacher then forces her to lie to the ground and repeat what they did.

The girl, pulls up her dress, removes the pantie while the boy licks on her genitals. After that, the teacher flogs the minors as the recording stops.

This video has since drawn criticism from the public , prompting a concerned teacher to report the matter to police.

Uganda Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga told Journalists on Monday that it has since been established that six kindergarten children have been performing the same act, they reportedly learned from each other.

He says following the shameful viral clips, police teams from Nsanju and Bujjukko managed to locate the school but arrived after the teachers had all fled.

Enanga has condemned the teachers for exposing the faces of minors, subjecting them to the torture of repeating sex acts and flogging them thereafter, saying it was child abuse.

“It was very shameful to cause the young girl to pull down pants, lean on the back, lift her dress and the boy was told to put his face on the genital area , You cant take children through this , as teachers you are supposed to nurture, tame nursery kids,” he said

He adds that the District Education Officer has been directed to do an audit into activities at the school as investigations proceed.
